Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this resort was a mixed bag. While the amenities are plentiful and the grounds are quite lovely, some aspects really fell short of expectations. The rooms are clean but outdated, and for the price, I expected much more in terms of comfort and quality. Service was friendly but inconsistent, and the overall upkeep of the resort seemed lacking in areas. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, you might want to consider other options.
I attended a conference at this resort and found the experience to be quite underwhelming. While the staff was friendly and made efforts to accommodate guests, the dining options were disappointing and left me feeling it wasn't worth the cost. The conference facilities were overcrowded, and the meals were far from enjoyable. It might be a good spot for leisure if you're looking for something nearby, but the dining reservations and banquet service need serious improvement.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. While the spa services were fantastic and the outdoor pool area was enjoyable for families, the rooms were in desperate need of upgrades and the noise between rooms was unbearable at times. The staff were friendly and the location was conveniently close to Traverse City activities, but overall, I expected more for the price I paid.
